Appointment of new Vice Warden of St Paul’s College

St Paul’s College is delighted to announce the appointment of Tracey-Jane (TJ) Christie as Vice Warden of St Paul’s College. This position will be the Warden’s deputy and particularly focus on the student life of the College. TJ joined St Paul’s at the beginning of 2022 as the Head of Co-residential Transition and has become a vitally important member of the College’s Senior Staff and residential life team. She is known around College for her warmth and wisdom along with her genuine care for our students and desire to see them do their best. TJ will continue to reside at St Paul’s with her husband Steve and Golden Labrador, “Soph”. TJ’s work as Head of Co-residential Transition has involved recruiting and interviewing potential freshers and student leaders as well as driving and overseeing upgrades to the College facilities. TJ brings to the role of Vice Warden a wealth of experience

Press Release – St Paul’s College to Admit Women as Undergraduate Members

St Paul’s College in the University of Sydney is pleased to announce that it will become fully co-residential for the 2023 academic year. The College Council voted on 25 October 2021 to open admissions to undergraduate women for the first time since its founding in 1856. St Paul’s was all-male until 2019, when it began admitting postgraduate women to its fully co-residential Graduate House. The Council made the decision to admit women undergraduates following a period of thorough community consultation throughout 2021, which included gathering input from current students, alumni, members of the broader community, and the University of Sydney.
