Residents support mental health wellbeing
Mr Daniel QI (GH MComm Year 2), pictured with Mr Robbie McIntosh (GH MD Year 3) and 2021 Middle Prefect Mr Meheer Zaveri (GH MD Year 2), has made good use of his lockdown restrictions as a time to help others. He has run a half-marathon in September and other on 23 October to raise money for headspace.
Headspace is a program of the National Youth Mental Health Foundation and provides mental health and wellbeing support, information and services to young people aged 12 to 25 and their families across Australia through our network of centres and online via eheadspace.
With COVID-19 and lockdowns as the new reality, Dan believes that charities like headspace are more important than ever, and can really help people in our age bracket who are doing it tough, and alone now more than ever.
