St Paul’s College is seeking an outstanding Dean of Undergraduates to lead the College’s growing undergraduate community, contribute to the provision of a world-class collegiate experience within the University of Sydney, lead the undergraduate community staff team, and champion a culture of inclusion and respect for all. The Dean will support academic, broader intellectual, cultural, sporting, spiritual, community service and social activities within the undergraduate community, as well as contribute to alumni and other stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to the Warden, and contributing as part of the senior staff of the College to the development of the whole College community, the Dean will work to ensure efficient management of the undergraduate community’s operations and finances. The Dean will also work to promote St Paul’s College as a preferred destination for students of diverse backgrounds from metropolitan and non-metropolitan NSW, interstate, and overseas. This is a significant appointment requiring leadership skills, a passion for collegiate education and a genuine interest in the lives of young people. Appropriate academic qualifications, highly developed communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage the academic, social and community aspects of young adults in a tertiary setting are essential.
